No, we do not store any data about the customers. However, we do store PII data such as agents, supervisors, and administrators.

Symphony is a browser-based application that supports all major web browsers commonly used today. Hence, there are no extensive technical requirements needed to run the application.

How do you prevent customers from seeing our data?

Each customer has their own Blackchair Database where each domain is stored as a distinct collection. No other customer’s Blackchair application is connected to or has access to any customer’s domains.
