Can the Blackchair platform translate configuration data?
The Blackchair platform is built to translate configuration data to suit the format of destination platforms by persistently translating the data without manual intervention, so it is ready for injection into the new platform and improving the rate of migration
Can agents and personnel execute operations within CX software?
Yes, you can create APIs that can fire third-party commands from platforms such as Jenkins. You can also create a system of web interfaces where users can execute changes through automated templates, allowing non-technical users to execute operations, simplifying the user experience and reducing the time needed to complete operations.
What is the rollback feature on the Blackchair platform?
With the Blackchair platform, the feature would undo several actions in a single process. You can undo any configuration changes that have disrupted the CX solution with just a few clicks. You can use this feature to troubleshoot errors and undo harmful operations.
What technology languages and platforms are used in the application?
We use several components to optimize each part of the Blackchair platform, such as Java Spring Framework, JavaScript, MongoDB, and a relational database system.
What methodology do your penetration tests follow?
We follow different penetration test assessments including ISSAF and PTES.

We have security management support systems and a security management forum to help tackle security risks.

Master the Blackchair platform with our training program
We have created a series of videos to teach you The Blackchair Dashboard Management System. Our introductory session consists of over 13 videos, which will cover all the essential functions necessary to use the system.
Our course will also cover several functions necessary for day-to-day management including:
- Altering administrator settings
- Navigating between environments
- Changing existing access settings
- Creating custom searches to find specific items
- Adding new users to the system
- Licencing user-defined groups
- Running reports on Genesys license usage
- Adding attachments to a file to build knowledge
- Watching item configurations
- Generating email layouts
- Performing advanced searches across different environments and version items.
By the end of the course, you will have a thorough understanding of the platform and its various systems. You will be able to use the system to execute different operations, like report generation and systems monitoring to streamline systems management.
